I was just wondering what workout/active stretch would be your top pick to ease into after giving birth?
Something thats not to focused on abdominal/core maybe?…

Seeing as almost all the workouts have Core involved, I suggest sticking to workouts 1 – 8 and leave the core exercises out. If you are post natal past 8 weeks and have the all clear from your doc, you can replace these with a 1 min Surf Style Plank on your knees.
