In the last two weeks I have been through training program 19 & 22 twice each. They were challenging but I think that is what I wanted….
At the end of program 22 you have the balance sequences. I have completed the sequences standing on a fit ball (I don’t have an Indo board). Would you consider this on par with the stability required to do the exercises on an Indo board? Or do I have to buy myself an Indo board to move up a level ?
I have watched most of the Intermediate and Advanced training’s, looking forward to working my way through them. I have also been through the active morning stretch twice, I have to watch it in slow motion to learn the Sun salutation, very limited yoga experience. In the last 6 months I have worked a lot with the foam roller and ball and then stretch out the muscle after the massage, this really improved my flexibility.
So sorry for the late reply on this! For some reason I wasn’t getting the updates! As far as standing on the fit ball goes VS the info board it is def on par. In some way (if pumped up hard) it is MORE challenging!
