So sorry for the late reply! For some reason I didn’t receive a notification when you posted this one up!
Seeing as almost all the workouts have Core involved, I suggest sticking to workouts 1 – 8 and leave the core exercises out. If you are post natal past 8 weeks and have the all clear from your doc, you can replace these with a 1 min Surf Style Plank on your knees.
How does that sounds?
